I understand that I will make myself available, when possible, for ADRM scheduled mediations/arbitrations. Once I commit to a mediation date, I understand that if I cancel I will be liable for costs incurred. I shall reimburse all fees and expenses and indemnify ADRM. I also understand that ADRM will bill the parties to the mediation and remit my fee directly to me within 10 business days of receipt of the parties' payment with applicable, itemized ADRM fees deducted. I understand that no taxes will be deducted and that I am fully responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes that may be applicable. I understand that my work is considered contract labor pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code. In the unlikely event of non-payment by the mediating parties, I understand I may not receive compensation until such time that the parties have paid for the mediation/arbitration services. This is not an exclusive contract. I may reject any mediation/arbitration without affecting my standing with ADRG.agraph to your block, write your own text and edit me.

If you are selected as a neutral for ADR Global you will be regarded as one of the elites in the industry. Neutrals selected by ADR Global must meet the highest of standards to continue as a member of our panel. We continue to monitor the successes and maintain an information pool to help our neutrals improve their skills.
Our neutrals have presided in over 50,000+ cases. We are specialists in the industry and would like you to join our family of affiliate members. Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed by our board for acceptance. If you are accepted you will be notified immediately.
ADR Global provided for your complete selection of cases, scheduling, and payment in advance of the case. We are the administrative side of the neutral process. We want you to act neutral and focus on the case, not the administrative functions.

Arbitration Panel Requirements:
• Cover letter explaining interest in joining the Roster
• Letter of recommendation from an active professional in the applicant’s field (not from their current employer or any organization where they serve as officer, director, or trustee)
Mediation Panel Requirements
• Cover letter describing current mediation practice
• Letter of recommendation from counsel or a party from mediation conducted within the past six months ADR GLOBAL Members must comply with the Standards and Responsibilities for ADR GLOBAL Roster Members, which are periodically updated.
ADR GLOBAL International Roster
Applicants must meet ADR GLOBAL qualification criteria; acceptance is based on caseload and panel needs. Required uploads include:
• Current résumé or CV emphasizing international dispute resolution experience (optional International Experience)
• Cover letter with a brief personal statement outlining qualifications, expertise, and interest
• Documentation of relevant certifications, trainings, and memberships
