Neutral Demographics
In accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure §1281.96, ADR Global collects and reports aggregated Arbitrator Demographic Data, including ethnicity, race, disability, veteran status, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation. This information is self-reported by arbitrators and also includes the percentage of those who chose not to disclose their demographic details.
