Neutral Demographics

In accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure §1281.96, ADR Global collects and reports aggregated Arbitrator Demographic Data, including ethnicity, race, disability, veteran status, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation. This information is self-reported by arbitrators and also includes the percentage of those who chose not to disclose their demographic details.

The ADR Global’s Code of Ethics

Mediators and arbitrators affiliated with ADR Global adhere to strict ethical standards that define the professional conduct expected of panel members and establish a clear framework for ethical decision-making. Arbitrators: Our arbitrators are governed by the ADR Global-ABA Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes or the ADR Global Code of Professional Responsibility for Arbitrators of Labor-Management Disputes.

Financial Integrity

ADR Global ensures financial transparency and ethical case management: Transparent Fee Structure: Parties receive clear details on panelists’ rates during selection or appointment. Independent Audits: ADR Global’s financial records undergo annual review by independent auditors.

At ADR Global, we uphold the integrity of every case we manage. To fulfill this commitment, we conduct regular evaluations of our panelists, incorporating performance metrics and feedback from all parties involved.
